He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Fehlinger and Doris McDowell Fehlinger. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Cerza; his daughters, Kristi Layland (Marc), Exeter, Trisha Mikita (Michael) and Melissa Kompinski (Michael); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Jeremy, Allison Layland, Madison, Mikita, McKenzie and Mitchell Kompinski; his sister Bonnie Zisko (Gary) of Apalachin, NY; his nephew Jeffrey; and his niece Jaime Zisko.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home (1030 Wyoming Ave, Pittston, PA 18643). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish in Immaculate Conception Church (605 Luzerne Ave, West Pittston, PA 18643).
