She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Melone and Beatrice Melone (Pignone); and her brother-in-law Paul Fosko. She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Sarf, Jr.; her son Michael W. Sarf (Christine); and her siblings, Joseph Melone (Marie), Mary Lou Fosko of Rockville, MD and JoAnn Campbell (Thomas). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or the Saint Joseph's Center in Scranton.
