He is survived by: his wife Anna Scotto D'Abbusco; his sons, Luigi and Daniele Caranannte; and his siblings, Dominic, Assunta, Antonio, Rosetta, Orlando (Adriana), Giuliano (Assunta), Exeter, Lucia Illiano (Alfonso) and N. J.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
