He is survived by: his wife Joan Dougher Butler; his children, Jerry Butler and Lori Peters (Thomas) of West Chester, PA; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Morgan Peters; and his brothers-in-law, Joseph Dougher and Paul Dougher of Norwich, NY.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
