He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dietrick and Sally Bufalino Dietrick; and his brother Sal. He is survived by: his sons, Frank and Daniel of Pittston; his grandchildren, Frank and Brianna; his brothers, Joseph (Carol) of Pittston Township, Charles (Jane) of Pittston Township and Ron (Cathy) of Pittston Township; and his sister-in-law Ruth of Yatesville. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
