She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Sutliff and Beatrice Miller Sutliff; and her siblings, Lucille Blizzard, Hazel Granda, Marion Ottensman, Leland and Lawrence Sutliff.

She is survived by: her husband John E. Coolbaugh; her children, Julie Cooper (Doug), Christine Fazio (Paul), John E. Coolbaugh, Jr. and Bruce W. Coolbaugh (Meagan); and her stepson Sam Noone (Debra).
