Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Edward Barrett Leonard of Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 96, on February 16, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Theresa Blochberger of Kingston; his parents, Albert P. Leonard and Anna Barrett Leonard; his siblings, Albert, Paul, Joe and Nancy; and his daughter Aileen Frances.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Smith (Ken), Ann Marie Ellison (Ray), Michael Leonard of Mahopac, NY, Mark Leonard (Andrea) of Pittsgrove, NJ and Matthew Leonard (Janet) of Rockaway, NJ; and his sisters, Patricia O'Malley, Genevieve Evans (Clarence) and Mary Leonard. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Paul F. Leonard Funeral Home (575 N Main St, Pittston, PA 18640). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Eucharist Parish (535 N Main St, Pittston, PA 18640).
