It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Marie Petro of Pittston, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Billy" Green and Frances Green (Kohut); her daughter Gale Ann Avery; and her pet Cocco. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Petro Sr.; her children, Rhonda Petro of Pittston, Jennifer (Dominick Cavello Jr.) of Pittston and Joseph Petro Jr. (Suzannie Petro) of Jolo, WV; her grandchildren, Helena, Katie, Abigayle, Dominick, Peyton, Jane, Anthony, Joseph III and William; and her sister Rosemary Siewell. She is also survived by her brother and sister in law, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
