He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Callahan; his mother Carmella Chiarelli Dziewit; and his grandparents, Rose Chiarelli, Charles Chiarelli, Walter Callahan and Marge Callahan.
He is survived by: his children, Michael O. Callahan, Lyla Callahan and Carmella Callahan; his nephew Charlie Callahan; his brother Mark Callahan; and his father Michael J. Callahan. He is also survived by three children.
