She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Plis and Catherine Mazon Plis; her husband Edward Cyril Kosik; her son David M Kosik; and her siblings, Matilda Viercinski, John and Frank C. Plis.

She is survived by: her sons, Edward Kosik, Jr. (Sharon) of Walnutport, PA and Joseph (Nicole) of Binghamton, NY; her grandchildren, Steven (Tricia), Joseph, David, Jr., Christian and Elizabeth; her great grandchild Anna Mae (Marshall); and her daughter-in-law Karen Kosik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
