She was predeceased by: her husband John P. "Moe" Kulick, Sr.; her parents, Andrew Starzec and Laura Modeski Starzec; and her siblings, Thomas, Stanley, Joseph, John and Marie Bartosiewicz.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Kulick Luther (Gregory), Mark Kulick (Sharon), Charlene Pal (Andrew) and John Kulick, Jr. (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Courtney, Cameron Pal, Peter and Charles Kulick; and her sisters, Ann Francis and Theresa McDonald. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Nicholas Church, 226 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.
