He was predeceased by: his wife Joan C. Gorey; his parents, Benjamin Gorey and Mildred Gorey (Vargason); and his brother Benjamin Gorey. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Charles Gorey (Sheryl) and Anthony Gorey (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Sierra Mazarella, CJ Gorey, Brooke Gorey and Tony Gorey.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graziano Funeral Home (700 S Township Blvd, Pittston, PA 18640). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Cemetery Chapel.
