Cesare V Montante Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cesare V Montante (Pittston, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Montante and Michael Montante; his former wife Concetta Montione Montante; his daughter Anne Montante Torres; and his siblings, Mary Montante Butera, Concetta Montante Valenti, Carmella Montante Speziale, Anthony, Charles and Louis Montante.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Manganaro Capolarella; his daughters, Charlene Montante (Marty Ballantine) and Caroline Mazurkivich (Stephen); his son-in-law Steven Torres (Maria Capolarella Montante); his stepchildren, Marilyn Capolarella Currey (Lyle) and Michele Erturkuner (Cemil); his grandsons, Michael Moore (Mary), Matthew Mazurkivich (Nola) and Dr. Stephen Mazurkivich; his stepgrandsons, Nicolas and Alexander Erturkuner; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Michael Moore.
For those who plan on attending the viewing and/or funeral services, are kindly asked to wear masks.
