She is survived by: her husband Gino Simonetti; her children, Jean Caruso (Frank) of Hardeeville, SC, Carol Eyet of Harleysville, PA and David Simonetti (Kimberly) of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, Tara Swoboda (Michael), Brandon Pall, Nicole Eyet and Brent Eyet (Anne Marie); her great grandchildren, Juliette Swoboda, Lucas Eyet and Maci Eyet; and her brother Richard Phillips.
