She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kurtinitis and Jean Marie Kurtinitis (Keating); her siblings, William Kurtinitis, Jackie Kudey, Mary Rose Kurtinitis, Mary Alice Kurtinitis and Gina Sokolowsky; and her former husband Michael Prebish.
She is survived by: her children, Nichole Prebish (David Moore) of Pittston and Michael Prebish (Lauren Pieczynski) of Dupont; her grandson Jaidin Morgans; her close friend Joseph Muller; and her siblings, Michele Kurtinitis of Pittston, Michael of Dallas and Bernard of Wyoming. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
