He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvira Gentile Gubitose and Alfred A. Gubitose, Sr.; and his brother Francis Gubitose. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rowker Gubitose; his daughter Maria (Joseph Dominick); and his grandchildren, Giuliana and Paulie Alfred of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donation may be made to the Oblates of St. Joseph, 1880 Hwy 315, Pittston, PA18640.
