He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Louis C. Braccini. He is survived by: his children, Alyvia Marie Cook and Nicholas Louis Cook; his mother-in-law Ann Braccini; his sister-in-law Donna Bittmann (Frank); his nieces and nephews, Andrew of Pittston Township and Paige of Pittston Township; and his fiancée Dr. Mary Ellen Marranca.
