He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chesniak and Josephine Klimek Chesniak; and his siblings, John, Joseph, Frank, Walter Chesniak and Cecilia Molewski.
He is survived by: his wife Joanna Urbanski Chesniak; his daughters, Marie Chesniak Timinski (Mark Timinski) and Sandra Chesniak Shannon; and his grandchildren, Jessika, Makayla Timinski, Taylor and Ryan Shannon.
