He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Charles and Yolanda Kozar (Rinkacs). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hadley Kozar; his daughter Kara Kozar (Josh Simonovich); his mother-in-law Phyllis Hadley; and his siblings-in-law, Leonard Hadley, John Hadley (Betty), Patrick Hadley, Robert Hadley (Jennifer) and Jane Hadley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
