He is survived by: his children, Kelli Klinges (Gary), Bonnie Orth (Richard) and Michael T. Lee, Jr. (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Tina, Lindsey Klinges, Michael, Cody and Kierstyn Lee; and his pet Dooters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
