It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Savokinas of Pittston Township, Pennsylvania, born in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur A. Bartolai, Sr. and Anita Bartolai (Venarucci); her husband Michael A. Savokinas; and her brother Arthur Bartolai, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Arthur Savokinas and Michael A. Savokinas, Jr. (Dana Hinkley); her grandson Brandon Savokinas; her daughter-in-law Kimberly of Hughestown; her sister Mary Pat O'Malley (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Ray (Marie), James (Diane), Joseph Savokinas, Cindy Hrobuchak (William), Dorothy Kroll (Robert) and Rose Butera; her aunt Marie Venarucci; and her pet DaVinci. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
