He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Sciandra and Madeline Pace Sciandra; his wife Angeline Valenti Sciandra; and his siblings, James (Johnson), Samuel (Smitty), Joseph (Polak), Louis Sciandra (Urban), Elizabeth Dominick and Helen Morganti.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Sciandra (Carol) of Duryea and Madeline Calabro (Martin) of Avoca; his grandsons, Joseph Sciandra (Kristine), Charles Sciandra and Michael Calabro (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Charles Logan, Abigail, Jacob, Matthew and Luke Sciandra. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Care and Concern Free Health Clinic, 35 William St, Pittston or St. Joseph Marello Church, Pittston.
