She was predeceased by: her parents, John Azarovich and Martha Collins Azarovich; her son Dominic Musto; her son-in-law Pete Zawierucha; and her siblings, Beverly Azarovich Viadock and Michael Azarovich.
She is survived by: her children, John, Tony Musto and Jennifer Musto Zawierucha; her siblings, Yolanda Suchodolski, Susan Kuckla (Dupont) and John Azarovich Jr.; her former husband John Musto; her daughter-in-law Heather Musto; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Kevin Musto, Jadan Rose, Peter, Patrick Zawierucha, Dominic Musto Jr. and Dupont. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
