He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Atwell and Mabel Strubeck Atwell of Hughestown; and his wife Linda Trubia Atwell. He is survived by: his children, Angelo and Kristen Welsch (Matthew); his grandson Cory Poplawski (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Riley, Ryan Poplawski and Poppy; and his caregivers, Amanda, Ann, Deb, Carla and Maria.
