Kotlowski of Pittston Township, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony C. Kotlowski and Helen Yankowski Kotlowski; his wife Delores Kotlowski; his sons, Anthony and John Kotlowski; and his brother Conrad Kotlowski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Recht (Paul) and Michaline Kotlowski (Edward Smichowski); and his close friend Norah. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
