He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Johnson and Florence Johnson (Schimpf); his wife Ruth Johnson (Applebee); and his brother Charles Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Johnson of Covington, Louis Johnson of Middlebury Center and Julie Gaylord of Mansfield; and his siblings, Frederick Johnson of Frostproof, FL, Louisa Spotts of Texas, Ruth Goodreau of Howard, Dorothy Fethers (George) of Williamsport, Beverly Johnson of Pittsfield and Dianne Focht of Wellsboro. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
