With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark McCullough (Pittsfield, Pennsylvania), born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2018 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Theresa Torey. He is survived by: his wife Kristie J. McCullough; his children, Tyler McCullough, Paige McCullough, Warren Singer, Caileb Singer and Zachary Hadley; his grandchild Sydney McCullough; his siblings, Shirley Jean Glaiser Fredonia (Roger), Sheila Kay Witz (Derek) and Galen Gene McCullough (Beth); and also Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks memorial donations to be made to the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
