She was predeceased by: her parents, Iilo Scott and A. Faye Ackley Scott; her husband John T. White; her son-in-law Mark E. Curtis; her siblings, Joanne Merle Scott, Lorraine Gayle Scott Stover and Charles Lee Scott; and her former husband Carlton A. Smith, III.
She is survived by: her children, Karla Smith LoPresti (Larry) of Sugar Grove, PA, Mary Beth Smith (Lisa Koch) of Myrtle Beach, S. C., Joanne Curtis of Columbus, PA., Mike V. Smith of Warren, PA. and Shawn White (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jesse Curtis, Xander LoPresti, Ariel Curtis, Ty Curtis, Terra LoPresti, Parker Curtis, Kathryn White and Braden White; and her brother James "Jim" Scott (Jean) of Garland, PA.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P. M where full CDC guidelines will be enforced, masks and social distancing, please enter via front porch door in order to regulate 50 person limitation at all times.
