She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leonard and Gladys Leonard; her former husband Harry Nelson; her daughter Amy; her husband Herb Rafalski; and her siblings, Robert, Gordon "Til", Janet Kinch and Beverly Lauer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Nelson Roberts (Gene) of Whispering Pines, NC and Tamela Nelson of Lakeview, NY; her grandchildren, Katie Roberts Reiss (George) of Greensboro, NC and Cody Roberts of Sanford, NC; and her sister Betty Poltrack (Pete) of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
