It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Stec of Pittsfield, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stec and Margaret Stec (Baker). He is survived by: his wife Shelley Lauffenburger Stec; his sons, Chad Stec (Deanna) of Tampa, Brett Stec (Lauren) of Riverview, FL and Kevin Stec of Pittsfield; his siblings, Stephen Stec of Pittsfield, Cindy Shields (Tim) of Russell, Christine Castano of Russell, Tim Stec of Grand Valley and Marlene Byler (Tim) of Youngsville; and his grandsons, Connor, Carson and Landon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family strongly suggests memorial donations in Don's name be made to the American Heart Association.
