It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher O'Leary of Pittsfield, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Michael O'Leary. He is survived by: his mother Cathy Brooks (Rod) of Erie, PA.; his wife Marie A. Hazeltine O'Leary; his sons, Derryk F. O'Leary and Garryt E. O'Leary; his grandmothers, Lucille Urash and Shirley O'Leary; his sisters, Karen Hall (Mario), Amy Cozzens (Adam) and Lorraine Fries (Billy); his mother-in-law Fenton Hazeltine (Dolores); and his siblings-in-law, Andrea Hazeltine, Charles Hazeltine (Nicole), Paul Hazeltine and Joesph Hazeltine (Sue Braswell). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
