He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Scott of Oklahoma City, OK. and Faye E. Smith (Dusty); his brother James Scott (Jean) of Garland, PA.; and his grandchildren, David, Devon, Daniel and Elijah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P. M where full CDC guidelines will be enforced, masks and social distancing, please enter via front porch door in order to regulate 50 person limitation at all times.
