She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lank and Nellie Lank (Spencer); her siblings, Patricia Burris and Harry Lank; and her stepdaughter Donna Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Shinn; her daughters, Pamela Seybert of Warren and Paula Melquist (Michael) of Pittsfield; and her stepchildren, Rhonda Wolfe of Warren, Sheila Pierson of Jamestown, NY and Donald E. Shinn Jr. of Youngsville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
