With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William R. Shay (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William R. Shay to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; and his daughters, Erin Hynds (Steve) and Kyle Shay.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes (222 Washington Rd, South Hills, PA 15216). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Anne Church (400 Hoodridge Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15234).
