He is survived by: his children, Jan Schmittlein (Frank), Jean Swanson and Connie Diulus (Tony); and his grandchildren, Erin, Alexandra, Katelyn, Sabrina, William, Joseph, Anthony, Michael, Christopher and Ian. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
