He was predeceased by: his mother Lisa A. Zajdel Guzolik; and his grandfathers, William J. Hanka Jr. and John R. Zajdel. He is survived by: his father William J. Hanka III (Beth McDermott-Hanka) of Florida; his sister Katelyn; his grandmother Cynthia Cervantes; his great-aunt Karen David; and his aunt Lisa Sarniak of Lower Burrell. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
The family suggests donations made in his name to the ASPCA.
