Cottrell, III, Brandi Cottrell, Bricen Cottrell and Brentin Cottrell (Ramenta); his grandsons, Joel Williams, Jr. and Christopher Cottrell; his siblings, Gary Cottrell, Teresa Cottrell, Karen Cottrell Smith (Marcellus), Rozanne Cottrell and Barbara Cottrell; his aunts, Mary Cottrell Parchman of San Antonio, TX and Lenore Walker (late Ervin); and his mother-in-law Odessa Fowler (late Lawrence).
