He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Rouleau and Sarah Rouleau. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Rouleau; his sons, Richard Rouleau (Susan) of Beaverton, OR and Keith Rouleau (Elizabeth) of Clifton, VA; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Michael, Ryan, Katherine and Patrick.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Redeemer (5700 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217).
