He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert G. Wagner and Hilda M. Schnindehette Wagner; his wife Eileen McClay Wagner of Emlenton's Citizens; and his brother-in-law John Milcic. He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Kelly (Chuck) of Pittsburgh and Collen Bahr (James) of Smithton; his grandchildren, Katie O'Keefe (Bernie), Chuck Kelly (Justina), James Bahr Sr. and Jacquie Springer (Michael); his great grandchildren, Kelly, Elly, Joey O'Keefe, Chuck, Peter Kelly, Lili, Audrey, Noah, Lucas Bahr, April and Sarah Springer; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Milcic of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
