He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia J. Dittmer (Robbins); his children, Kathleen Rayner, Linda Ann Walzak, Walter D. Dittmer, Michael J. Dittmer, Stephen B. Dittmer (Michelle) and Jennifer Tomasits (Andrew); and his brother David Dittmer (Connie).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A prayer was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Parish (7003 Baptist Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
