She was predeceased by: her siblings, Frances Mathews Gable, Robert Mathews and Thomas Mathews. She is survived by: her husband Leo; her children, Karen Zientarski (Wayne), Susan Hillen (James), Barbara Kaczmarek (Michael), Leo Karchut, Jr. (Jackie) and Amy Milkovich (Jaison); and her grandchildren, Brandon Hillen, Katrina Zientarski, Ryan Hillen, Natalea Hillen, Madison Milkovich and Myron Milkovich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
