She was predeceased by: her daughter Kimberly Berroth; and her grandson Ronald Costanzo, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Puzas, Leesa Marie Berroth and Monica Costanzo; her grandchildren, Stephanie LaBella (Jeffrey), Christina Bichler, Mark Puzas, Michael Stockes, Ashley Stockes, Melissa Stockes and Jason Berroth; and her sister Pamela Harris. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
