He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Batia; his children, Shira (Ben), Ariel and Amallia Rascoe; his parents, Eric Rascoe (Ann Bregman Rascoe) and Jeanne Rascoe; his parents-in-law, Dov and Yehudit Scheinin; his siblings, Rabbi Michael Rascoe, David Rascoe and Beth Rascoe Kilinc; his siblings-in-law, Betsy Rascoe, Aykut Kilinc, Zofnat and Aviad Scheinin (Shani); and his nephew Israel.

The family will announce a fund for donations in Todd's memory.
