He was predeceased by: his son Tyler. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Wannemacher and Elizabeth Wannemacher; and his siblings, Sheila Baysden (Mark) of Hamilton, IN, Lisa Bear (Shannon) of Kentucky and Jason Wannemacher of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to his parents to offset medical and funeral expenses.
