Though Thelma Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Granberg and Margaret Granberg (Lang); and her siblings, Mildred McKee, Lawrence Granberg, Dorothy Vaupel, Betty Plotts, Eileen Unger and Harold Granberg. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, nine great nieces and nephews and five great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walter J. Zalewski Funeral Home (216 44th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
