She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kane Duggan and Margery Duggan Carroll; and her siblings, Kathleen Ann Duggan Birsic, Michael Ward Duggan and Patricia Duggan Bendis.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhiannon Marie Charles; her siblings, Mary Louise Babst (Chip), Maureen Duggan, John Kane Duggan Jr. (Parie), J. Kevin Duggan (Anne) and Brian F. Duggan (Carol); and her significant other Brian Spencer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
