She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Ann "Toots" Mitsch. She is survived by: her father George Mitsch, Sr.; her children, David, Katie and Ryan Luxbacher; and her siblings, George Mitsch, Jr., Diane Welker, Barbara Cleis and Susan Geisler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care (5405 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Archangel Gabriel Parish (Holy Trinity Church) (5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136).
