He is survived by: his mother Bernice Diamond (Machowski); his wife Tami (Colussy); and his sisters, Joanne Hart of Kathy Shaffer, AZ, Nancy Oleksa and Teresa Hankinson, MD. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews; 24 great nieces and nephews; 4 great great nieces and nephews.
