He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hornyak and Virginia Jean Hornyak (Billelter); and his wife Patricia Hornyak (Clarke). He is survived by: his son Shawn Ronald Hornyak (Gail Zilka) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepchildren, Jeff Shivey (Jodi Horrell) of North Huntingdon and Jennifer Shivey (Jeff Marsh) of Lincoln, CA; and his grandchildren, Madison, Avery Shivey, Aiden and Caleb Marsh.
