She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mayer and Josephine Mayer; her sisters, Shirley Molter and JoAnn Mayer; and her niece Josephine Brown.

She is survived by: her husband Lawrence J. Krutules; and her son Lawrence J. Krutules II (Christine).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
